I can't believe Bush won. I voted for Kerry of course. That just sucks ass. I think when elections are so close that they should elect the winner and make the other candidate be their vice president. The 12th Amendment, ratified in 1804, had electors vote separately for president and vice president. Until then, the candidate with the most Electoral College votes became president, and the runner up, vice president.
