Nobody returned my phone this week so last night I went to Verizon to get a new one and they handed me a packet to call in and make a claim to get a new phone sent to me.  Well we didnt know we needed to have talked to the police and get a claim number from the police along with an officer's name and their badge number.  So my mom went nuts trying ( Read more... )
