I'll admit, Bush isnt the perfect canidate, however, I cant stand Kerry. My brother is overseas and I cannot not vote for a canidate that has consistantly voted to lower military spending. I support the war, and since we are in the middle of a war, switching presidents with a candidate that doesnt support it, would be a bad idea, and in my opinion, endanger the lives of the troops that are over there (note: Kerry did originally vote to go to war, yet voted against funding for it) In addition, Kerry says he is going to lower taxes, yet he has also constistantly voted to raise taxes...I don't want someone who just flip flops what they say to make the people hear what they want. My biggest concern is for my brother, so that is why I am voting for Bush...

Stephie D I totally agree with you esp. about your brother. My best guy friend from high school is in the navy and the last thing I want to do is make everything that has happened seem like nothing by voting for someone who can't decide what he believes and wakes up every morning with a different state of mind about serious issues in the world. Also, not everyone is pro-choice and as much as it may stink big time that he wants to not allow gay marriage sometimes you have to choose the lesser of 2 evils and thats what this election is all about...
