I had a reassuring thought today...

I love my parents, I really do.  But sometimes they treat me like I'm a child.  Granted I'm not a "grown up" yet, but a child, I'm not so sure about that.  They weren't upset, just frustrated, and I think it's because they can't really control what I do and that they are trying to hang on in whatever way they can.

i think they'll eventually let go, not completely but a good amount soon enough. At that point they'll in turn have a bigger grip on your younger sisters.
