Who to marry you?
You could ask Lori's priest to marry you.. or this guy: Rev. Michael Vaszary http://www.gatheringguide.com/event_directory/wa_washington/vendor_wedding_officiants_2404.html
or a justice of the peace...

The place we got married has a website - lovesweddings.com - but I believe their Saturday and Sunday packages were pretty expensive (which is why we got married on a Friday).
Tambra got married in the rose Gardens at Manito, which was beautiful - only catch is that you can't have any chairs, which can make things a little awkward. You can call the parks department and find out what parks allow it and what the restrictions are - generally that route only costs a couple hundred dollars TOPS.
However, I would highly recommend having some kind of sheltered option since your wedding is in September - the weather could end up being gorgeous, but it could easily turn on you. Back up plans are your friend.
We got our cake at Safeway. It was yummy and way cheap.
