Stupid b*tch.

Despite the fact that she's supposed to be on vacation this week, my supervisor decided to come in today. I'm sure you felt like standing up and reminding her that SHE is the reason you are leaving!! Some people are SO clueless!

Did you have any opportunities to tell the 'higher-ups' what a screw-up she is? Sometimes in an 'exit interview' you get that chance, without looking bad for 'bad-mouthing'.

Unfortunately, those situations usually gets a lot worse before the people up top get a clue as to why they are bleeding good workers and losing business.

I had my exit interview last Wednesday, it was 90 minutes long. It took that long to cover everything -- how she's in the office less than some of our part-time employees, how she tells us one thing and tells management something else, how she outright lies to avoid admitting she messed up, how she initiates projects and then dumps them in other people's laps, everything. The Internal Communications Director (her immediate supervisor) did the interview and took a lot of notes, and I'm hoping changes will be made. I don't think they had any real idea of the scope of what we've been dealing with under her -- not surprising, as she's taken great pains to isolate us from the rest of the company and not let us talk to any management if at all possible.
