Okay everyone, so as a fundraiser for the Dominican Republic, I am required to sell a minimum of six bags of fair trade coffee, otherwise I will not be allowed on the trip. If you (or possibly your parental units) would like some of this coffee (I've been told it's reeeaaally good), the bags are 3/4 of a pound and cost $11. You can get either ( Read more... )

I want some! Do you have the christmas basket things too? And do they count to your 6-bag total?

We do have the Christmas basket thing, I'm not sure how much they are, but I can check with one of the DR teachers, and I'm not sure if they count to our 6-bag total, but I'm pretty sure they do.

haha, wow, our school has gotten even more elitist and ironically anti-capitalist than i had previously imagine. i wonder what thinkfast is going to be like this year.

well, yeah. they're forcing you to sell stuff. and then they turn around and bash the mechanism that lets people buy stuff. my problem isn't with the item.

It's a god damned fundraiser. It sucks that it's needed, but the trip costs money.
