CA is close to the passage of a same-sex marriage bill. All we need now is the governor's signature. Though he's threatened to veto it, he HASN'T yet. We need to tell him that the people of CA are for legalizing same-sex marriage. So please call him! It only takes a few seconds

Its unconstitutional, with a shady past, and the reason it isn't vetoed is because the less than honerable person who wrote it is delaying its travel to Arnold's desk.

No matter where you stand on the issue, if you stand for good government you'll tell Mark Leno just how much a creap he is. And tell Arnold he's a good person for vetoing it.

I love how all of your links are so far from academic it's not even funny...opinion blogs? i can fire back with opinion blogs all day. Also, spell check comes in handy when attempting to make definitive political statements. Let us not, also, allude to the great united states of america's history of passing bills and initiatives and how that was sequentially done. You're in for a sad reality if you honestly think that this is the only piece of legislature to go liberally from base sequence. I think your problem is that you morally disagree. Anything that is inside the parameter of your moral comfort zone and political stance is overlooked when it might be passed in a "shady" manner. Be aware, the civil war was fought over slavery, an irreputable institution which is a scar upon the history of america.
