I've been away from Santa Cruz for a bit more than three months. Nothing has gone as I had expected it to, well maybe except the fact that I knew I would start to feel like Lancaster was home and it is a bit. I will be gone from Uni for 4 weeks beginning on Monday, when I will go to London, then Tuesday to Paris then back to London on Saturday

There is a place called "Breads of India" in Berkeley that is hard to beat. It has an ever-changeing daily menu of entrees featuring the freshest seasonal foods, chai that is handmade batch by batch the way they do it in India, and claims to have the best gulab jamun in America- complete with silver foil. And it's in the $10.00 range for entress, making it totally resonable for some of the best food you'll find anywhere.
