I was 9 years old and staying up late one night watching some HBO when I stumbled across this. That night began the 21 year comedy love affair I've had with George.

My all time favorite Carlin bit is at about the 6 minute mark.

god i'm gonna miss that man's impact on comedy. i had an offer to see him a few months ago, wish i would've taken it

I only got to see him live once. It was his first show out of rehab. He wasn't at his best but... dude.. Carlin on an "off" night was still funnier than anybody else I've ever seen.
