So, my friend, I am going to join you on your quest. I am doing a special Abe-style version of the cleanse, starting now and finishing on your last day - Friday, March 16th. Besides being only 8 days, my special version is plus iced tea - any time I want, all day long - and minus the salt water. I ain't got time to have diarrhea all morning long. I think I might jog this weekend, too - ironically, jogging has always curbed my appetite ('cause I think my body starts metabolizing all my fat).
