so i've changed the colour scheme AGAIN because even though i said i liked the other one, i suddenly realized "this is burning my eyes to look at." the colours were so bright and many. so i have digressed on the scale of blinding-brightness. and now my lj looks a little bit like antique upholstery. also, i assigned the teal kitties for my mood

Ah...my yoga video instructor is a nice man named Baron Baptiste, because the other guys either 1) looked creepier or 2) were more naked than I cared to look at just to tone my pathetic muscles. But he spits Indian words (CHATARUNGA!...or whatever)and tells you to "get your sit-bones on the floor".
