New Law in Las Vegas states that you can't sleep with in 500 feet of urine or feces.

Well if they gave bums jobs at casinos and supplied them with a place to stay until they could get out on their own...they wouldn't have to make retarded laws like this. Mind you they say in the article that the passing of the law was an accident..

Hmmm..You know that's what I thought..what if someone was trashed and wasn't a bum..but they fell out on ther porch or something because they were too drunk to function...and they pissed themself in the process?

Its still a silly law..I mean that law could only pertain to people that are homeless...because I don't know anyone that wouldn't use the toilet if they had somewhere to live.
