There was a spider on the table. Its legs were disproportionate, the front ones being large and the back ones being short, an incongruency with the long, beautiful spiders photographed and put in places like National Geographic, which despite the long subscription I have never read through. that happens to me too. i love spiders and little bugs - that is, i love to kill them - but if i lose sight of them it's like they've become agents in The Matrix and are everywhere and nowhere at once. i remember reading somewhere that the average person eats about 2-3 bugs in their sleep every year. mmm protein.

Those spiders are so cute! But I have the same problem, too. Love them to pieces but must kill them before they go.

Atleast you're unconcious if/when you eat them in your sleep. This priest was telling me once about the time he was biking in the woods and there was a spiderweb in the path and he closed his mouth just fast enough toummmmmnevermind.... D:

W-OH, that really would have been awful. He actually bit the /spider/, though. and found out just why birds don't eat spiders in the first place.
