Cowboys and Aliens: I would have paid the nine dollars just for the costumes and scenery, but there were also explosions, Daniel Craig punching people with the best comedic timing I have ever seen, and a cute dog ( Read more... )

ALL OF THIS. Plus, Walton Goggins playing beta to Craig's alpha, like he does in every role I've ever seen him in, and Raoul Trujillo bickering with Harrison Ford.

Yesss surprise Walton Goggins was the best! "You were always my favorite, Jake!" I forget, do you watch Justified? Because after he showed up we started joking that Daniel Craig's character was Raylan Givens, with the hat and all. (Which, putting the hat on when he was in the river? I LAUGHED SO HARD. Jon Favreau really got some great comic timing out of him.)

I have started watching it! And Jesus, yes, I would love that crossover, even if it would be total crack. And I was thrilled by how funny Craig got to be in this movie. Favreau rules.

EEEEEE. I am excited for you, Justified is SO GOOD. It is probably my favorite thing that I never remember to talk about, haha. And Walton Goggins is fucking magnificent in it.

The other thing I kept thinking during Cowboys and Aliens is that this is what SGA would have looked like if Ronon were the main character, during his Runner years. So nerdy... -_-
