I wasn't aware of the accent neutralization classes either. I wonder how many times I have called a call center and got the impression I was talking to a Canadian when really it was somebody from India "faking it".

I don't agree with Friedman when he claims outsourcing will make the world a safer place for "our" young people. I think it is a little far fetched.
