I ran I-CON for the last two years and have been working it in one capacity or another since '98. I'm finally taking a total break this year though and attending it for the first time in over a decade. :)

So, apparently, a vast number of people I know from the Forum have all sorts of news going on, and they write about it and announce events and stuff on LJ and nowhere else... and assume that everyone who might want to know about any of it reads their LJ... and are shocked and amazed that I don't know what's going on, because they did post it.

Since this seems to be the case with so many people who I actually do care about, I finally broke down a couple months ago, and, despite not having much to say, opened an LJ account.

So, how've you been?
