1. What did you do in 2013 that you'd never done before?
A barbecue on Christmas.

2. Did you keep your New Years' resolutions and will you make more for next year?
I didn't make any resolutions and I will not make any for the new year.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Carmen finally got her little Ronja. She had to wait such a long time for her firstborn.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Michela. We all feel that she has been relieved though.
And Hannah. She has not been that close but her death has really made me sad. She was only four years old.

5. What countries did you visit?
I went to Denmark for a summer vacation with my family and finally got to visit København. We then took the ferry from Malmø to Travemünde and passed the Øresund bridge. That was awesome!
I also went to Warsaw for a very short business trip.

6. What would you like to have in 2014 that you lacked in 2013?
Another baby.

7. What dates from 2013 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
27th of July. Damnatz rockt. I went dancing with Lars 'till five in the morning.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
To become a Qualified Person. I may now do the release to the market for the drugs we produce. The bitter pill is that I am in charge of the quality of the batches. If someone comes to harm I will be held personally responsible.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Don't know.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nothing serious.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
A smaller racing bike. As much as I loved my sara, she turned out to be too long for me. I feel much better and also safer on my new, smaller bike. And biking is even more fun.

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
Lars'. Laura's. Carmen's.

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
Our CEO's

14. Where did most of your money go?
Our house.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
I feel to old to get really, really, really excited about anything. I was very happy to visit scicavias three weeks ago.

16. What song will always remind you of 2013?
Pompeii. Things we lost in the fire.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you: Happier or sadder? Thinner or fatter? Richer or poorer?
Happier, thinner, richer. But even more tired than last year.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Gone dancing with Lars.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Being ill. Working.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I spent it with my family and Lars and his family.

21. Did you fall in love in 2013?
I am in love.

None.

24. What was your favourite TV program?
Sherlock.

25. Are you angry at anyone now that you weren't angry at this time last year?
I don't think so.

26. What were the best books you read?
Life of Pi.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Bastille. Bastille. Bastille. ❤

28. What did you want and get?
No idea.

29. What did you want and not get?
A new watch for Christmas. My husband gave me the second season of Sherlock though. That was a great present.

30. What was your favourite film of this year?
Live of Pi. I saw far too little movies though.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I had a some friends and family over and Lars made some of his yummi spare ribs. Thirty-four.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Did I seriously complain about not having enough time in 2008? I mean seriously? What the hell was I thinking? Well I could really use some. more. time.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2013?
A bit more posh than I used to. I love dresses.

34. What kept you sane?
My family! And doing sports.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
That would still be John Simm.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
I'm not much stirred by politics anyway. Of course there was the election.

37. Who did you miss?
No one.

Anne and Torsten

You can do everything. But there's always a price. It's about being willing to pay or not.
