The sun was beginning to set on another day at the castle. The festival was still going strong, with games and food seemingly all around. She took a long walk around the castle, quietly thankful that she was home - at least for a little while, anyway.

"I didn't realize that we were coming back to a festival..." Elza looked around at all of the colorful booths and performers. "I kinda figured that after Caleria, we would need some time to get our bearings back." She looked at his leg and noticed that he was standing without any obvious discomfort. "How is your leg?"

"It's a lot better," he said as he sat down on the edge of the fountain beside her. He stretched out his injured leg, resting his boot heel on the ground. He'd taken care to replace the bandages before he left the inn, but already the heat and swelling was much reduce, the ache dissipating.
He looked up and over at her. "It's fine to walk on anyway," he said, offering a small smile in return. "How about your shoulder? Is it all right...?"

He glanced at her askance, trying to remember when he had last seen her looking relaxed and smiling. "You look happy," he said. "It looks like you really are enjoying yourself here."
