I think you might be underestimating the impact of your small amounts of time. I know that your occasional posts here and on facebook have given me some food for thought, and forced me to look at some situations in a new light and direction. I believe I was always sensitive to these issues, but suffered from the ignorance of non-experience - but now I am sure I am still ignorant - but less so thanks to you.
