Google is uninstructive. How disappointing. Google knoweth not all.
But I believe I have heard it somewhere before. Alas, the meaning is now lost on me.
On another note, and rather randomly, I feel compelled to share with you Japanese translations of "de-emo" and, by extension, "emo" (in a transmogrifying verbial sense) which have just occurred to me:
emo, emo-ify n. エモ化 emo-ka (the 化 signifies transformation, thus implying the transforming of oneself (or another) into the emo state) to emo v. エモ化する emo-ka suru (verb form of the above) to emo v. エモる emoru (either to transform into or perhaps just to be) de-emo, de-emoify エモ解消 emo-kaishō (note the macron above the o; I am still a pernickety cunt)
