Finally - A New Start

After last year,  and what a year of learning it was, I have concluded that its time to settle down in here *tapping head* and just see what happens.

Hope that something at least comes from it.

Time to start writing this flaming book thing i keep threatening myself and to just begin exploring what i want and need from life, as well as where I am in ( Read more... )

The problem is that just as soon as you think you're settled in your noggin, you find out that you're not really. Which is why adopting an attitude that reflects the mind and life experience as Dao-like helps a great deal. Focus on the present, enjoy where you're at, be in the moment.

As for writing the book, simply apply yourself to it as you've done with Aikido. I remember you when you got your first taste of Aikido, and it was something that added a little depth to your Karate, but it wasn't at the forefront of your mind that you'd end up focusing on that. Take baby steps, work with passion, have a plan if not an outline, and see yourself already having done it.

Strangely, I was thinking about you the other day and how we haven't spoken much lately. That needs to be fixed :D
