Apparently, nobody wants to see me take over the world. They no like to donate weapons to me. Well, when they give me weapons, I will destroy them with said weapons on my path to WORLD OWNERSHIP!!!!

Actually that I got from a book once...101 Things Never Ask a Marine to Do. Don't ask a Marine to create weapons...that's what they'll come up with.
