Some people can be soooo rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! you help them you talk to them and ya know when you have something you want to talk about ya get pushed back a bit. You try to help motivate and it turns into someones annoyance. You try to build them up and ya know what? They pull their own base out from under them. I have tried my whole life helping
