Wish I was there with you! anonymous March 26 2009, 22:19:14 UTC
Namibia looks great, Babe! I can't believe how much water there is and how green it is. And I love that first picture.

Say hi to Kemuu and the rest of the blue team for me. If anyone gets out of line, you can hit them with my stick!

(Dammit - this is your bunny. I can't seem to remember my stupid livejournal password!)

I wish you were here and I was there. Wait, that wouldn't get me any closer to nookie. Forget I said that.

Kemuu is hot the whole Blue Team idea and even has a motto: "It is good to stay with very smart people that is why blue team is very successful". I'm gonna have t-shirts made. Blue Team has already changed a tire (for a fat guy who couldn't get the spare out from under his car), visited half a dozen villages, and negotiated a treaty. Go Team Blue!

You leave so many interesting comments on Elyse's Journal and also on Greenlandgems that I decided to befriend you. These photos are really excellent and you must love Africa. Archeology is a fascinating subject and I look forward to seeing more. Thanks for the tour.

Well, welcome wayefromlorain. And you're right, I do so love Africa, even though being here means I'm away from home. I'll have more pictures soon, including my salute to local african bars. My favorite so far: the Bruce Lee Bar. Love this place.

I was pleased at the way the last one turned out - dead black on one side to blinding white on the other. Guy looks hard-eyed in that shot but he was really nice.

Always nice to hear. I rarely know what pictures anyone will like but every now and then I look up and see something neat. That last photo - wasn't sure what my camera would make of the conditions but I really liked the results.

And it's hard to take a bad picture here. Wonderful place, this.
