Fuck lynz thats actually really good lifts for a girl (and i mean that in the least sexist way possible!) You and I can have a sit down and talk about improving your strength without adding mass, and ill sort Adam out ;)

Nah ill make sure you dont put on weight.. Your just get stronger and more explosive. If you train correctly in the gym it will help a lot on the track too...
