Wow. Just wow. My mom sings in a Barbershop Chorus called the Capital Chordettes, and they had a show at centerpointe tonight. It was AMAZING. I love their shows, because every year they have a different theme. This year it was the Blues. They had a special guest, Maria Hawkins, Ottawa's "Blueslady". She is INCREDIBLE. OH MY GOD! that lady came to our school to do this little concert thingy when I was in grade 8. I loved it. From that day I've always had this dream to sing. And I am NOT a good singer. She really IS AMAZING!!!!

Whoa, it's Steven Thompson! Kudos for having an LJ that's easily identifiable so that I can actually be like whoa. I know that guy. He's pretty cool and I should have him on my Friends List. (It's Desirae, BTW. Like, just in case you hadn't figured it out. I was your peer tutor last semester? I mean I would hope you didn't forget me THAT quick, but you never know, lol)
