I am now on day five of no sleep and very little food. I've tried eating before going to bed, Ive tried drinking, I've tried not drinking, I've tried showers, counting backwards, counting forwards, xanax, vicodin, herbal crap, tea...I can not sleep. i think i fixed my aim problem so i can talk to you from work now.
anyway...
honestly, i think you need tv. i know thats ridiculous but thats a big part of your routine that is missing. falling back into your regular routine may help you get some sleep. ive got to get on ted about that tv in our attic.
and i dont know how i feel about the drinking/pills bit to sleep. i know youre desperate and just want some sleep, but you dont want to get dependent on that stuff. you need to get some old fashioned natural sleep with your stories on in the background.
