I used to hate people who went on and on about their lives in LiveJournal. Sex this ... party that ... it was all so repetative. I wondered, to no avail, why anyone would waste so much time reading and writing about life instead of just going out and living it. The answer hit me recently in the form of an old Plato quotation.

In all honesty, that was one of the most interesting posts I have read in a long time. I agree that we all have a lot to learn from you, and I, for one, will check back regularly to see what new and exciting stories you have posted in your LiveJournal. Hearing your stories has always inspired me to make more of myself, and I can only imagine the magnitude with which it will affect the public at large, now that they are available online for all to read.

I know I speak on behalf of the entire human race when I convey to you my sheer gratitude and sincere appreciation for all you have done for mankind.

hey man! i wanted to let you know that i did the table thing just like you said in your post. it was awesome! but then the manager kicked me out and told me never to come back. but it was the biggest rush ever and my friends and i laugh about it all the time now. i really feel like ive changed in so many ways just from reading your post, thanks bro!

wait, i dont get it. so ur gonna tell us some stupid ass stories and thats supposed to make our lives more interested? thats the stupidest shit i ever heard. wouldnt it make more sense if you gave us some pointers and tips and tell us more about the stuff YOU do? plus most people learn by example not inspiration and self discovery so ur plan is shit. you should start posting what ur GONNA do not what you DID do, and that way people can go there and do it with you. btw if u werent so right, id slap you really hard for being such a pretentious egotistical jerk.
