Isn't it like almost impossible to pick the very favorites? Your list brings to mind Rebel Rebel and Space Odyssey and Suffragette City.

It is almost impossible. Both Ziggy Stardust and Generation Landslide were elected as representatives of the albums they appeared on, Bowie's The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars & Alice's Billion Dollar Babies respectively. Both of these albums I usually prefer to listen to as a whole. Of course Suffragette City is also on Ziggy Stardust.
