I'm not making any editorial comment about this except to say that it amuses me. I just saw a short interview on the local news with former Chrysler chairman Lee Iacocca. Lately he has been in a series of TV commercials for the Chrysler Group along with Snoop Dog and Jason Alexander. Lee mentioned that he was a bit embarrassed to reveal that ( Read more... )

I hope he donated that money to charity or something.

Mr. Iacocca has long been active in charitable endeavors. He recently donated one million dollars to the American Diabetes Association, so yeah I guess you could say that some of his SAG pension went toward that.

I just think it's funny that you can appear in a few commercials for the company that you run and years later get a regular pension check for it. I guess it's a union thing.
