A good read. I recall having this information in one of my classes not too long ago... Seligman, too, very familiar with his works. Thanks for the post on this. :-)

Yeah, I think I should read Authentic Happiness and Learned Optimism. I'm due for a little boost.

It was also interesting to read in that article about what a bummed out place Scotland is. Make you think of anyone?
