85% Chris Dodd 84% Bill Richardson 83% Hillary Clinton 81% Barack Obama 81% John Edwards 70% Mike Gravel 68% Joe Biden 64% Dennis Kucinich 58% Rudy Giuliani 49% John McCain 40% Mike Huckabee 39% Tom Tancredo 37% Mitt Romney 30% Fred Thompson 29% Ron Paul
Actually, I marginally know who Chris Dodd is, but sadly I never was informed of his stand on the important issues of the day. That is partly my fault due to laziness, but the media and our political system are also partly to blame. And it doesn't make any difference anyways, he's out of the race before the vast majority of Americans have had a chance to vote in a primary.
It's odd that reasonable candidates for their parties' nomination like Dodd, Kucinich and Ron Paul are left outside the arena even before a single straw poll, caucus or primary has taken place.
I did the quiz - a purely theoretical exercise since I am not an American citizen - and Chris Dodd came second on my list after Barack Obama and before Hillary Clinton. I have no idea who he is either, can't keep up with all the info showering us these days.
Hi Ansi! How are you? I noticed that you did the quiz the other day and I got out a pen and paper to list your results so I could compare them to mine, but then I got sleepy (a regular thing this time of year). I finally got around to it.
I see that our results were similar. However, I noticed that you had a much steeper drop off from the lowest rated Democrat (Richardson at 78%) to the highest rated Republican (Giuliani at 39%). I only dropped six points, from Kucinich at 64% to Giuliani at 58%. That's probably because I am a true independent.
I could live with Giuliani or McCain as president, but I'm voting Democratic again this time around because the Republicans need to be smacked down. It's almost certain to be Clinton or Obama heading the Democratic ticket and either would be fine with me.
