Hey Steve, great to read an update! Congrats on your kitchen, too. It'll be at least a few years before I even consider owning real-estate, but I'm liking the idea of possibly buying something that needs a little bit of work.

Thanks, Jay. There is something to be said for putting some personal effort into making your home more...well, homey. I get so much more satisfaction and enjoyment from the improvements that I have had a hand in than those that I completely hired out.
