America...why not?

So, there's a few people who're interested in leaving America and moving to Europe because it's "so much better there." Well, lets look at things this way. In Europe, there's no such thing as the freedom of the press. So your railing about the Washington Times toting the government line would only increase, as anything that goes to press in Europe ( Read more... )

And btw, I'm not saying all liberals hate America, so don't assume that I think that.

i swear to god. y the hell do u have to be such a fucking asshole. do u not see that in provoking all of this shit, that ur in the process of loosing some pretty good friends. i personally, dont want to have another fucking thing to do with u because if u were a friend then u wouldnt be so stuck up and arrogant. i now finally agree with what i had heard about u in the first place but i pushed it off saying that ur a nice guy and shit like that. well apparently i was wrong

Sorry you think I'm "such a fucking asshole." As a call out to anyone who I might be in danger of losing as a friend, please let me know, seriously. Tim, I haven't considered you a friend since you started talking shit about me behind my back over a year ago. So don't play the "wounded friend" role, you've got no place to do it. I'm talking politics, and I won't deny that I can come off as an ass when I do. I know my shit, and I won't back down, so that's where the "stuck up and arrogant" comes from. But again, don't play the role of the wounded friend, because friends don't talk shit behind peoples back. If you've got a problem with me, bring it to my face, or don't talk about it at all. Thanks!

All these comments are so ironic.
All the unfounded offense, the snide remarks, the attempt at rallying against his defense of the U.S. as if its some kind of personal attack on everyone.
Kelsey is the only one who understood Steve isnt "bashing" anyone, or their opinions, and frankly, I'm shocked you kids took offense at anything he said. This could have been a healthy debate about which country was better, or why America does or doesnt suck; but instead you guys have created (drumroll)
Unecessary drama!
The next time you complain about "teen drama" remember this.
This has been a much needed public service announcement.
