Today, Owen and I went to my first moms group meeting with rancid13, and I had a blast! I almost feel silly for being so worried about it. These women were all so nice and welcoming; I had imagined more snobbery and high school involved. I was so happy to be wrong. Owen was very well-behaved, and everyone's babies were adorable. We stopped at Old Navy

I am so glad the mom's group worked out for you - having a group of mom's going through the same cr*p I was/am going through was so helpful.

I'm so glad you were able to make it, and that you had a good time! So far all the moms I've met (this group included) have been so nice, welcoming, warm and easy to talk to. I'm shy too, but these great ladies have made it easier for me to put myself out there and join them at meetups. :) I look forward to many more play dates & moms' nights out.
