I just had the most epic bloody nose. It was a straight up faucet for 15 minutes. I was starting to think I might have to go to the emergency room or something when it finally stopped. It was gross, I had DO NO READ IF YOU ARE SQUEAMISH huge blood clots getting stuck in my sinuses and I was swallowing them. OKAY SQUEAMISH PEOPLE YOU CAN COME BACK

I get gnarly nosebleeds, too. usually if I'm worried hardcore or travel or the weather turns suddenly dry.

Yes! My parents named me Stephanie Rochelle, saying that when I was a rock star I could be Stevie Rochs (with the Rochs being pronounced like Rocks.) Oh, ho, clever parents.

I don't particularly like Stephanie, so I started going by Stevie when I entered junior high.
