I absolutely agree. What drives me crazy the most are the idiotic "pro-AMERICA!" schmucks who think that just because our president says something, that "something" is absolutely right and necessary. They don't think of the damage we've done while in Iraq: to the Iraqi people, our own people, our image or respect from other nations, the environment, or to history. They believe everything that Bush and the news feeds them.

I just read a few articles on the damage to archaeological sites and artifacts in Iraq. It's disgusting that as we're on our quest for oil and power we're destroying civilization's history without a second thought. We have all witnessed destruction equal to that of the Alexandrian library, and no one pays any mind because it's "not important" enough to be on the news.

I just wish he would've said "Sadaam's a bad guy, and he's killing his people" but then the prison tortue would've been more ironic.
