Well, i finished my workout not to long ago, and i came out very hungry. I just discovered a new remedy for the stuffy nose, and it is......Flamin' Hots!! Everytime i eat them, i always get a running nose and it kinda sucks, but it is better than not being able to breathe. i still feel like a small pile of poop, but i will do my best to go to
