the people next door put up all these pretty lights on their trees, so now more than ever it looks like my house doesn't actually exist on the end of the street. it's kind of fun explaining to people how to find my house. "turn right on sandringham, go down to the very end. you'll see a house with christmas lights on the trees. go past that...."
