Fry's sucks... when you need help
while I was building my first machine, my mother needed one right away so we bought one at Fry's. She got broadband a few weeks ago and it couldn't go on, so we took it in to the service department (since it was under warranty ). I told the guy the problem I thought it was (in windows), he took it and said they'd call us in 4 weeks (4 WEEKS!!!).

And, I got a phone call from Samuel L. Jackson a couple days ago, he had a message. Went something like this:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MUTHAFUCKAH!!! IT'S MY BEER!! YES THEY DESERVED TO DIE, AND I HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL!!!
