As many of you noticed, I snuck my laptop into the hospital earlier. He's smiling, chatting and giggling occasionally, but not yet cackling while planning world domination. the poor typing quality is mostly due to a "not quite right" keyboard, it being awkward and uncomfortable with needles in the back of the hand, and people making you laugh. I'm glad he's all right; have you recovered from the scare? How is the stgpcm doing?

I send you tea, and good thoughts, as it's about all I have available right now. *weak smile*

Ditto. And "help" would include keeping you company. Or Kay.

What ward is he in, and what are visiting hours?

He's on ward 31, area 6. Visiting is 6:30pm - 8pm

Go in the main entrance, and turn right, through the double doors and take the lifts on your left to the third floor.

Left out of the lifts, through the double doors and through the electro-mechanically locked double doors to your immediate left - there's usually a chair stopping them closing during visiting hours.

Walk all the way along the corridor, dog-legging left at the reception desk, its the furthest bed on the right. It's probably empty because he's outide the main entrance "taking the air" or in one of the cafes having tea

Well, you have to look after yourself so that you're able to look after Kay. It's no use if you only do looking after Kay and then collapse in a heap yourself :P

Hope you're recovering from the shock and that you both feel better soon.
