hey, do you guys remember that guy i was moaning about last week...the guy that gives me funny looks when i eat and stuff...well i was talking to michelle, my boss and she said that he used to weigh 18 stones and that is why now he is like scared of food, he lost 6 stones in just under two years and is terrified of putting it back on...i dont know

how much is that in kg? I can understand kg but I have no clue what stones are?

well basically he used to weigh 114 kg and now he weighs 76KG!!! good for him!
