As punishment for my constant binging and lack of control, I have decided to not allow myself the luxury of sleeping. 48 hours I was supposed to fast and 48 hours I blew it. So, for the next 48 I will be staying awake and fasting.

If anyone would like to join me.. Or just talk about anything.. eloquent scars x on AIM.

what a great idea!
i never know how to punish myself for fucking up - not eating of course would be a good thing... and i cant bring myself to eat... so staying awake it is.
