if fasting today doesn't work out..

Lunch (chances are I'll sleep through breakfast.)
-Water (0 cals)
-Cheerios, dry, .5 cup (60 cals)

Dinner
-Cheerios, dry, .5 cup (60 cals)

Total Cals: 120

Then water throughout the day, obviously... I need to stop drinking diet soda. I'm going to end up with kidney stones. I have an empty 2L bottle that I'm going to use for water tomorrow and just keep drinking it all day. Hopefully a fast on Thursday, not sure yet about Friday. Why is it so hard this time?

[edit] 1152pmI was just poking around on thinspiring and I read a girl's entry about how she was five days into her tea/water fast and it was the motivation boost I needed. Today starts my complete water/tea fast. I'm ready &if I make it through the weekend I'll kiss myself. [/edit]
