So it's officially Monday &that means I'm officially back to fasting.

My fast started at 12am and I plan on going until at least Friday at 12am. I'm hoping beyond hope that I can do this. I will be strong. I know I can do this ( Read more... )

Excellent work on my fast today. I had two iced coffees for a grand total of 40 calories and that's all I've had, plus I just got done walking with my Mom &sister for 55 minutes. Keira is my biggest motivation.. She is my reason for staying strong and thinking thin. I wish we still lived together ( Read more... )

Day 2 of my fast. I'm going until Friday. I took 4 sudafed last night. I dunno why. I think 1 would have been sufficient, but ah well. I am SO determined to get down to 95 pounds by November 14. So I broke my fast, but only by default. My Grandmom took my sisters and I out to lunch today.. I couldn't turn that down. I'm kind of disappointed, but it's okay. Tomorrow is a new day and I am determined.

Liquid fast today and I am extremely motivated. The only problem I'm having now is that I had an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts which is like 60 calories, plus the additional maybe 40 or 80 or 120 calories I put in with sugar, assuming packets of sugar are, at most, 20 calories per packet (I thought they were five..
