hey - i left my key in the mailbox, but don't even remember getting a backdoor key last year - if it needs to be copied to have an extra, let me know and i'll send you the $ - i don't want it to have to be taken out of a security deposit! :/

Oh no worries, I found out it's less than a dollar to copy- so that is totally and completely set. Especially if you were never given one! That would be ridiculous to expect one in return.

Allllso the last month's utilities are written to me not Jamie, but I expect the amount to be much less than the usual $$$
