I agree with you - tough love is the only way to go. You and Jason are being more than generous to her, and maybe she needs to make some bad choices that she will regret. For her sake, I hope that she doesn't, but it's not my choice to make, nor is it yours. So really there's not much else you can do.

If there's one thing I've learned in my life: people don't listen to advice. Still, you should tell her what you will and won't do for her; clear guidelines are the way to go.

Then, love her, and when she makes bad choices, help her when she recognizes them, and not before.
