my icons over the past four years

I was being nostalgic and decided to take a look at my icons over the past four years, to see how my style has fluctuated between passable, crazy, fug, weird, clean, grainy, etc. I can't believe I started with GIMP. How did I ever do it

I have always, always loved your icons. You have a certain style that is apparent in your cropping, composition, and use of colors.

I remember when you posted icons here, and I remember seeing those two icons (the red one of Jaejoong and the one to the left of it--and there was another one, one of Jae with his reddish hair at some press conference or something, he was wearing a black vest) and thinking they were really little pieces of art. Back then (two years ago, I guess, when I used to lurk your journal for icon updates, lmao), I had no idea who those two were. Oh, little did I know what the rest of the world had in store for me.

Really, though. You have always been one of my favorite icon makers.

ahhh i feel like we go way back. you have been with me since like, the beginning.<3 i can't believe you remember that one of jae with the black vest! your memory is amazing bb. *-* so funny how we seemed to shift into kpop around the same time.

You know, until you just said that, I didn't think we had known each other for so long! But I guess we have, haha. I promise, my memory is not amazing at all. It is very selective, and I always thought Jae, even when I didn't know his name, was particularly attractive with that red hair. Yes! It's strange, because there are actually a few other people on my flist who I first saw around in some of the communities I was active in years ago that are now into kpop, lmao. It was a kpop explosion~.

I adore your style....alot ♥~ It's rly unique and definitely different from other people that photoshop. I think your style is reflected on the way you're dressed and guhhhhhhh, I love it! I don't think there's one batch of icons I've never not liked ♥~
