very nice - a gompanion piece to the gorgon pic you did for jenni? - i love the colours on medusa's costume & the expressions on both their faces - medusa never had a "marvel girl" style mask like that tho - or did she...?
ps. you can see a little bit of ditko in the way you draw ladies smiling, i think

it IS the gorgon pic I done for the Fantastic Four Funday booklet for Jenni - I thnk I even got a nice response from Englehart about it! I just wanted a bit of colouring practice using flat colour only (cheated with the highlight on G's hair)
I wish I had a better scan of this - its small - possibly because the auctioned-off original is caked in tipp-ex!
a bit Ditko? - you say the sweetest things
ps: I think medusa's facemask was more like two overlapping squares the way Jack drew it (see that pin-up in FF Annual #5 from 1967) ...not a million miles away from something Jean wore with her uniform in '64 or '65

d'oh - i only remembered after my earlier post that it was from the fantastic funday booklet - q.jealous of tony lee who bought the original, iirc - still, we've got yr earlier gorgon "body of a rutting bull, hands of a milkmaid" drawing up in our hallway ( next to a gouple of dave cockrum x-ducks )
medusa's mask: from a quick glance around our gomic gollection, it's difficult to tell - of course, being an old stickinthemud i prefer madam m's original mask even tho it's probly not practical w/her super power
we've got a "3D" version of that kirby "magnificent medusa" pin up from ff annual #5 on our bedroom wall so i do see it quite often...
somewhat predictably I have more Medusa and more Gorgon...
I wish I had some nice Crys pics for you (the only one I could find was a drawing I did for when Martin and Jenni moved to Putney in the 90s - its Iron Man and Crystal carrying bags & boxes)
